PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic elastomer composition for powder molding which gives a molten resin with good flowability, allows a powder slush molding, and is excellent in heat resistance, marring resistance, oil resistance and weatherability, and its powder. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic elastomer composition for powder molding is characterized by comprising (a) 100 pts.wt. of a hydrogenated conjugated diene copolymer, (b) 20-200 pts.wt. of a petroleum-based hydrocarbon resin having a softening point of 80-170°C and a temperature, at which it has a melt viscosity of 10 P, of 120-250°C, and (c) 5-100 pts.wt. of a thermoplastic resin having a melting point measured by DSC of 70-140°C and a melt viscosity at 140°C of 400-100,000 cP.
