PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply manufacture a chemical micro-device used for detecting conversion light converted by interaction with a specimen by irradiating predetermined light to the specimen disposed in a detection part to mass-produce it at low cost, to simply and properly irradiate predetermined light to each specimen guided to the detection part and to properly detect the predetermined light and the conversion light from the specimen. SOLUTION: This plastic chemical micro-device is used for detecting the conversion light from the specimen A by irradiating the predetermined light on the specimen A from a light source L in the detection part 11 in a plastic substrate 10. A lens 12 is formed integrally with the detection part 11 on the side of the irradiation surface irradiated by the predetermined light and/or on the side opposite to the irradiation surface.
