PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polybutylene terephthalate resin composition suppressing reduction of crystallinity of a blend with other polyesters or polycarbonates. SOLUTION: The polybutylene terephthalate composition contains (a) a phosphorus compound, (b) a nucleating agent and (c) at least a kind of compounds selected from titanium compounds and tin compounds, and has crystallinity≥35%.
