PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition comprising a polyester resin having excellent impact strength resistance at low temperatures, excellent heat resistance, weather resistance and colorability with pigments. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition excellent in impact strength resistance at the low temperatures, colorability, weather resistance and excellent heat resistance, comprises (A) a thermoplastic resin component containing a polyester resin and (B) a graft copolymer of composite rubber, and the graft copolymer of the composite rubber (B) comprises a composite rubber containing an polyorganosiloxane and a polyalkyl(meth)acrylate rubber and vinyl monomers containing≥80 mass.% of an aromatic alkenyl compound graft-polymerized to the rubber.
