摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of easily mounting electronic components to a flexible printed wiring board, in which physical stress to the flexible printed wiring board can be alleviated in the fine adjustment of position and direction of the electronic components and flexible printed wiring board, and thermal stress for electronic components by the soldering can also be alleviated. <P>SOLUTION: Connection pieces (46, 47) having connection terminals, which are freely deflected when these are cut away with a slit, are provided on the printed wiring board (4). The electronic component 2 is provided with a projected portion (21) providing a connection terminal at the side portion thereof. A projected portion is provided through the printed wiring board in the manner as lifting the connection pieces. The lifted connection pieces are deflected sandwiching the projected portion for temporary fixing of electronic component. The end portions of the connecting pieces collide the connecting pieces of the projected portion with the side portion provided. The connection terminals of the connecting pieces and the connection terminals of the projected portion are connected with solder and the electronic component is mounted to the printed wiring board. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
