<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video distribution server capable of providing a service satisfying users of mobile terminals by entering a comment and a point to a video distributed to the mobile terminal. <P>SOLUTION: The video distribution server 3 includes: a Web server 61 for distributing display information used for entering a video image and a point with respect to the video image to a method client 4; and a comment/point management server 51 for collecting points with respect to the video image received from the mobile terminal client 4 by each video image and storing the result to a comment point DB 52, and distributes the video image in the order of point ranking stored in the comment/point DB 52 in response to a request of the mobile terminal client 4.
