The converter is constituted from a wide section and low travel pneumatic chamber (1) associated with several hydraulic stages (2) controlled by the pneumatic piston. The unit is provided with an oil reservoir (3) which gathers the return and leak fluids and enables the gravity supply of a hydraulic stage through a distributor (4) controlled by the pneumatic chamber's distributor. The high pressure outlets (5,5',6,6') are grouped together through outlet directions on a circuit selector (7).
