<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupling device for a mobile power supply capable of distinguishing a commercial power supply and a mobile power supply without a trouble and utilizing it. <P>SOLUTION: Non-grounding AC power or DC power generated at an output terminal of the mobile power supply 1 is distinguished from commercial power by the coupling device 2 for the mobile power supply and utilized. When an abnormality occurs at a series connection circuit for connecting a circuit breaker 12 and a rapid-breaking fuse 13, and an excessive current flows, the coupling device 2 for the mobile power supply immediately fuses the rapid-breaking fuse 13 and protects the circuit, converts the DC power to single-phase AC power by a converter circuit 16, grounds one end of a secondary winding by an isolating transformer 17, converts the one end side to single-phase AC power having a grounding potential, and outputs the AC power to a load circuit 3 via the circuit breaker 18. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
