PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete technology with respect to correction of a copy error using a reference original. SOLUTION: A control section uses a reference original on which a mark is drawn to correct a read error of a copying machine. That is, the control section obtains a center position of each mark (S13, S14) with respect to image data obtained by reading the reference original and compares the center position with a center position of each mark on reference data configuring the reference original to introduce a read correction process (S15 to S24). Since the control section acquires the read correction process by using the center position of the mark to easily acquire the read correction process even when the shape of the mark on the image data is distorted.
