PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of signals with respect to radio waves being carried by an LCX (leakage coaxial cable) 3, which by nature has low-noise level are adversely affected and S/N ratio is deteriorated, because a combined radio wave is provided to a receiver 6, after combining both radio waves having different noise levels.
