PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To convey one's expressions of feelings or love to another party, by a communication controller mounted in an ornament or an accessory worn by a person. SOLUTION: A communication controller is packaged in an ornament or an accessory 201, such as a ring. The content of feelings is conveyed using a switch 110 and a microphone 113 on 201, as a means of conveying one's expression of feelings to another party. When the receiving party senses the expression by a light emitter 114, a loudspeaker 112, and a voice synthesizer 104, he can recognize the content and the degree of feelings, according to stimulus caused by a driving unit 108. Public wireless communication, a very low power radio, or optical communication is used as a communication means.
