PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a laminated ceramic capacitor with a large capacity, superior reliability, and a high yield. SOLUTION: A raw laminated body 21 made of a plurality of dielectric ceramic green layers 22 and a plurality of metallic foil-shaped inner electrodes 3 and 4 formed in a thin-film forming method is fabricated. Contraction preventive layers 23 and 24 containing inorganic powder, which is hardly sintered at a sintering temperature of the dielectric ceramic powder included in the dielectric ceramic green layer 22, are formed on the outer faces of the raw laminated body 21 sandwiching the raw laminated body 21 in a laminated direction. The raw laminated body 21 along with the contraction preventive layers 23 and 24 is sintered at the sintering temperature of the dielectric ceramic powder to obtain a laminated body 5 as a pat assembled in the laminated ceramic capacitor. After the contraction preventive layers 23 and 24 are removed from the laminated body 5, an outer electrode is formed on end faces 6 and 7 of the laminated body to obtain the laminated ceramic capacitor.
