PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a discharge at a creepage surface of a member surface, and to reduce damage due to the discharge even when the discharge occurs. SOLUTION: On a face plate 1017, an image display region 101 as a phosphor region is formed, and a conductive member 102 is formed to surround the image display region 101, an anode electrode outer border 104, and a high voltage input terminal contact section 100.
