PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide equipment with a sound IC, which is made to perform non-sound A/D conversion and D/A conversion that other A/D and D/A converters have processed so far, when the sound IC is not used, for effective use of resources. SOLUTION: The equipment is equipped with the sound IC 6 and has a control means 1 which makes the sound IC 6 perform processing requiring A/D conversion when the sound IC 6 is not used.
