PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal pressure informing device for a tire having a simple structure, although it is of fixed type, and having excellent reliability, responsiveness, and durability, and a rim and tire assembly using the device. SOLUTION: This internal pressure informing device is composed of a body 1 attached to a rim 21 and an indicator 2 receiving internal pressure of the tire 20 to inform internal pressure of the tire 20 by the indicator 2. The internal pressure informing device for the tire is provided with a pressure receive member 12 for separating a tube 25 provided around the indicator 2 from the rim 21 to inform internal pressure of the tire 20 by deformation or moving of the indicator 2. The rim and tire assembly is constituted in such a way that a plurality of bodies 1 are attached to the rim 21, a valve main body 22 for sealing air is mounted in a part of it, and the other part is the internal pressure informing device for the tire.
