PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of parts by unnecessitating a lock nut, a fastening nut, and a collar member for locking a sealing cap different from a conventional sealing device of an adjusting bolt to be arranged to a direct injection engine which does not require oil tightness. SOLUTION: In the structure in which a sealing nut 13 is screwed to the adjusting bolt 11, a mounting position is fixed, the sealing cap 14 is covered, and thus sealing is executed, a flange part 13a to lock a locking part 14a formed to the sealing cap 14 is provided to the outer periphery of the central part, a tool fitting part 14b is provided at its upper part, its lower part is made into a cylindrical shape, and parts which are conventionally required are integrated in the sealing nut 13.
