The map selecting part selects a map indicating a relationship between a first open-circuit voltage and a state of charge of the secondary battery, based on the first open-circuit voltage of the secondary battery fully charged. The state-of-charge estimating part estimates the state of charge corresponding to a second open-circuit voltage after estimating the first open-circuit voltage, based on the selected map. |
