<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material analysis system capable of evaluating deformation of each part (including the inside) of a body to be tested buried into other material, made of a nonuniform material, and having a complicated shape three-dimensionally to measure quantitatively stress and strain in each part. <P>SOLUTION: In this material analysis system, three-dimensional radioscopy image is used, each pixel of non-load radioscopy image is moved three- dimensionally (spatially) using a predetermined computing equation, and simulation is performed until a shape of non-load radioscopy image after moving coincides with a shape of load radioscopy image by changing coefficient of the computing equation. When distribution shapes of pixels having similar gradient coincide substantially in the non-load radioscopy image after moving and the load radioscopy image, each of coefficient of the equation used to move each pixel is extracted to obtain a displacement amount of each pixel in the load radioscopy image based on the coefficient and analyze stress and distortion applied to each part of the body to be tested from the predetermined equation based on the displacement amount. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
