SERVER, PROGRAM AND METHOD FOR TRAVELING ROUTE CREATION SUPPORT AS WELL AS RECORDING MEDIUM WITH RECORDED PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traveling route creation support server which enhances a user's convenience by contriving a display form of a map when the creation of a traveling route by the user is supported by providing the map related to the traveling route up to a destination from a starting place.

SOLUTION: The server 2 is constituted so as to execute a processing operation used to create the traveling route between two mutually separated points according to an operation of a portable terminal 3 and a map provision processing operation used to provide the map related to the route to the portable terminal 3. As the map related to the route, a whole map indicating the whole of the traveling route, a detailed map indicating a position such as each crossing or the like included in one range (area) on the traveling route and a point map indicating a part near the crossing or the like designated by the operation of the portable terminal are provided to the portable terminal.
