PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply let reference light enter a multi-core connector for optical communication and a fiber array even if an optical fiber has many cores. SOLUTION: A sample holder to which the multi-core connector with optical fiber or the multi-core array is attached is provided on a front face of an objective lens of a measurement system microscope, and a holding device on a light incidence side is provided on a pedestal by opposing to an optical fiber incidence illumination part of an optical source system to install the holding device corresponding to the multi-core connector and the multi-core array on the pedestal so as to exchange it, even if a shape of a light incidence side on the other side of the multi-core connector with optical fiber or the multi-core array is a loose fiber, the multi-core connector or the multi-core array in an incident light illumination device for measuring optical fiber position of the multi-core connector and the fiber array to measure an eccentricity amount of cores of the multi-core connector with optical fiber or the multi-core array.
