PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily handleable hearing aid device enabling a hearing impaired person having difficulty in listening to each sound to easily listen to each sound of a speaker and enabling the speaker to easily, clearly and accurately communicating each sound to the hearing impaired person. SOLUTION: This invention is to develop a device for sectioning each voice signal inputted from a microphone into a consonant range and a vowel range by a time base, dividing consonant range sound and vowel range sound into one, two or more respectively independent voice frequency bands, respectively independently amplifying and reducing the consonant range sound and the vowel range sound and providing them for the hearing impaired person so that the hearing impaired person easily, clearly and accurately listens to each sound and the speaker clearly and accurately communicates each sound. Also, since the consonant range sound and the vowel range sound are repeated for each sound in principle, a device capable of generating pace signals appropriately settable from this hearing aid device is provided for the hearing aid device for the hearing impaired person.
