PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PC steel wire tensing device capable of tensing steel wires in a first bench and a second bench respectively by using one jack. SOLUTION: This device comprises the first bench 11, the second bench 12 and the jack 41. The first bench 11 comprises a cotter receiving frame 15 fixed to a footing 13 and holding one end side of steel wires W, a jack receiving frame 33 and a cotter receiving frame 27 at a movable side which holds the other end of the steel wires W and is provided in a movable manner in a separating direction from the cotter receiving frame 15 at the fixed side and a post 21 at the tension side which is arranged near the jack receiving frame 33 and fixed to the footing 13 for the first bench 11. The second bench 12 has the same configuration as the first bench 11 and is arranged in parallel to the first bench. The jack 41 is movably provided between the jack receiving frame 33 of the first bench 11 and the tensing side post 21 or between the jack receiving frame 33 of the second bench 12 and the post at the tensed side.
