PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image control server capable of obtaining an image desired by a user from an image group stored in an image reader while reducing a manhour of a user as much as possible. SOLUTION: When receiving image search conditions from a client terminal 11 connected via LAN, a control part 200 of the image control server stores it in a search condition storage part 206. An image search part 209 reads the image search conditions from the search condition storage part 206 and searches an image accorded with the conditions from the image groups stored in MFPs (Multi-objective Frequency Processing) 31 and 32 via the LAN. The image collection part 210 collects the images found by the search and accorded with the conditions from the MFPs storing the images and stores them in an image storage part 211. The control part 200 automatically performs the search and the collection periodically, for example, at ten-minute intervals. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
