PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor constituted of a charge transfer layer coating liquid using a solvent not causing environmental troubles because the solvent does not cause the trouble of the enlargement of an ozone hole and the safety, not causing failures such as blushing in the midst of coating because the solvent has a optimum boiling point, and not giving an adverse effect on electrophotographic characteristics. SOLUTION: As for the electrophotographic photoreceptor having a photosensitive layer formed by applying the coating liquid containing at least a charge transfer material, a binder resin and the solvent on a conductive support, the solvent of the coating liquid contains terpene-based compound, and the coating liquid contains several kinds of charge transfer material.
