PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger with excellent heat exchanging efficiency by preventing distortion of air speed distribution and increase of draft resistance at the time of exchanging heat of heat-exchanging air. SOLUTION: This heat exchanger comprises: a plurality of fins 1 installed in parallel having predetermined intervals and distributing the heat-exchanging air along the intervals; heat exchanging pipes 4 installed through the fins and passing a heat exchanging medium inside; and cutout parts 3 arranged between adjacent heat exchanging pipes in a direction perpendicular to a heat-exchanging air distributing direction of the fin. Three or more rows of cutout parts are arranged along the heat-exchanging air distributing direction. At least one row (second cutout parts) of second and third cutout parts b, c except for first cutout parts a nearest to both side ends of the fin are separated into plural (two) in a direction perpendicular to the heat-exchanging air distributing direction.
