PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pile head join structure of a steel pipe pile, a concrete pile around which a steel pipe is wound, and a foundation slab by use of a small eccentric join member. SOLUTION: This pile head join structure of the pile and the foundation slab is constituted in such a way that many bar steels 8 with flat hardware composed of a bar steel 10 fixed to the foundation slab 5 and the hardware in which one end of the bar steel 10 is formed into a flat face 13 having small thickness and large width so as to form a recessed part overlapping on an upper end of the pile 2 and a J-shaped beveling 12 is machined in both end parts parallel with the axial direction of the flat face 13 by hot forging and which is welded on a side face of a head part steel pipe 3 of the pile 2 are welded on the side face of the head part steel pipe of the pile 2 by overlapping the recessed part on the upper end of the pile 2 and protruding a part of the bar steel 10 on an inner side of the pile 2 in the hardware welded on the side face of the head part steel pipe 3 of the concrete pile 2 around which the steel pipe is wound to join the pile 2 with the foundation slab 5 constructed in its upper part.
