<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless communication device which can efficiently receive incoming signals, communicate from both surfaces and from a side surface, and cope with both right-handed and left-handed circularly polarized wave signals. <P>SOLUTION: A circularly polarized wave antenna, having a first dipole antenna 21 of a first resonance frequency F1 and a second dipole antenna 22 of a second resonance frequency F2 orthogonal to the first dipole antenna 21, as well as a tagged IC 25 are provided on a dielectric substrate 23 so that a signal is received at the circularly polarized wave antenna, a signal received at the tagged IC 25 electrically connected to the circular polarized wave antenna is modulated, and the modulated signal is transmitted from the circularly polarized wave antenna. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
