<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal apparatus and a program for displaying specific accurate time on a screen, without changing system time incorporated into the terminal in the terminal apparatus having communication function. <P>SOLUTION: A user portable terminal (21) accesses a server apparatus (23), having standard time via a network (20) to acquire the standard time. Then, the user portable terminal acquires system time incorporated into the user portable terminal itself. After that, the user portable terminal calculates the difference data between the acquired standard time and the system time, and further calculates application time that essentially coincides with the standard time, based on the system time and the differential data.
