PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal which allows a user carrying it to transmit information of present and future voices, past voices, or the like to a storage device in a remote place by automatically and substantially continuously recording voices or the like and positions or the like in relation to each other without operating a specific recording button. SOLUTION: The mobile terminal is provided with a time detection means 10 for detecting the present time, a position detection means 11 for detecting the present position, a voice or the like detection means 12 for detecting a voice and peripheral sounds, a storage means 13 for storing data of the time, the position, and the voices or the like detected by these means, and a control means for 14 for controlling the means so as to substantially continuously detect the time and the position and store the information. The mobile terminal is provided with an emergency input means 17 having a switch which is operated on the basis of user's intention in case of emergency and a communication means 16 for transmitting data to a remote place. When the switch is operated, the control means performs such control that data stored in the storage means or data to be stored in the storage means 13 may be transmitted to a storage device 5 in a remote place through the communication means 16.
