PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that most of conventional minus ion generators are expensive because they have been manufactured with special electric technology, and thus were difficult to be sold as mounted to cheaper electric appliances, such as an electric fan, and that most of such generators could not be mounted to a currently used apparatus. SOLUTION: The minus ion generator is constituted such that it can be sold as mounted to a cheaper item, such as the electric fan, and can be readily mounted to the currently used other apparatus, by making use of a circular plate made such as of tourmaline, and rotating the circular plate with a wind force of other apparatus for generation of minus ions.
