PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple pipe structure having a simplified pipe shape of respective connection pipes for connecting respective heat storage tanks 1. SOLUTION: A heat transfer pipe 9 converting the heat of a heat storage material 12 heated by an electric heater 8 inside a case 2 to the utilizing heat is provided in the heat storage tank 1, and an inlet 10a and an outlet 11a of the heat transfer pipe 9 are exposed to the outside of an upper part 6 of the case 2. A vertical angleαformed by a direction X of connection axial lines L10 and L11 of the inlet 10a and the outlet 11a of the heat transfer pipe with respect to a specified vertical center line 2a extending to a vertical direction Z in the case 2 is set to be 90°, and a horizontal angleβ1 formed by the direction X of the connection axial lines L10 and L11 of the inlet 10a and the outlet 11a of the heat transfer pipe 9 with respect to a specified horizontal center line 2b crossing the specified vertical center line 2a at right angles is set to be 90°. Opening directions X10 and X11 in the direction X of the connection axial lines L10 and L11 are oppositely arranged at linearly symmetrical positions.
