摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure flow regulator which keeps influence to the minimum even if an ignition accident occurs in a container valve due to adiabatic compression. SOLUTION: This pressure flow regulator 1 has a shut-down valve 3 at a gas inlet 8a which shuts down a gas passage 8 by seating of a shut-down ball 33 on a valve seat by action of dynamic pressure accompanying rapid increase of supply pressure of gas from a gas container A. The regulator also has a pressure flow regulating mechanism consisting of a flow regulating mechanism 6 on the downstream side of the gas passage 8 from this shut-down valve 3 and a pressure regulating mechanism 6A, and even if an ignition occurs in a container valve B, influence of the ignition does not act on the downstream side from the shut-down valve 3, so that functions is maintained.
