PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form for placing concrete which can be prevented from deforming due to concrete pressure even if it is made of a easily deformable material such as a plastic. SOLUTION: The form 30 for placing concrete is provided with a sheathing 32 of which the one side face forms a concrete placing face 31, side plates 33 bent at right angles to the opposite side of the concrete placing face 31 of the sheathing 32 from both side edges of the sheathing 32, and reinforcing plates 35 formed in parallel with the side plates 33 at the rear face 34 of the concrete placing face 31 of the side plates 33.
