PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a stone pitching concrete block facilitating the manufacture by feeding agar solution from an upper part of cobble stones, allowing the easy recognition of the presence/absence of an agar film, easily clearing it off, even if the agar solution is stuck on the surface of the cobble stones, and hardly damaging a mold by a cushion performance of an elastic chip. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method for the stone pitching concrete block is characterized in that liquid mixture of the agar with the elastic chip is laid in a prescribed shape of mold by a prescribed thickness, natural stone materials are disposed in the agar/elastic chip liquid mixture with their parts buried therein, the agar is gelated, concrete is placed thereon, and after hardening the concrete, the agar and the elastic chip with the parts of the natural stone materials buried therein are removed.
