<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving device for a matrix circuit which is suitable for preventing a reversely biased state from being generated in constituting elements and also for preventing the constituting elements from being erroneously operated by reducing leakage current and a current to be generated among the constituting elements accompanying the changeover of control. <P>SOLUTION: When cathode power supply lines L<SB>c1</SB>to L<SB>c3</SB>are made respectively to be in a high impedance state, currents from current sources 20 of current supply circuits ES<SB>1</SB>to ES<SB>3</SB>are made to be supplied respectively to the cathode power supply lines L<SB>c1</SB>to L<SB>c3</SB>. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
