<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a material which is provide with a metallic feeling by using a metal plate and has superior coloration and decorativeness by making the whole metal plate chromatically luminous. <P>SOLUTION: A dial 10 is constituted by forming many fine through holes 13 in the metal plate 12 and charging illumination parts 14 which react to light of the ultraviolet-ray region to chromatically illuminate in the respective through holes 13 of the metal plate 12. When the metal plate 12 is irradiated with light of the ultraviolet-ray region, the illumination parts 14 in the fine through holes 13 react to the light of the ultraviolet-ray region to chromatically illuminate, so the whole dial 10 is enabled to chromatically illuminate to obtain the material which appears to be metallic by the metal plate 12 and has superior coloration and decorativeness. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
