<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature characteristic correction method for an amplification computing unit for signal measurement in which a receiving device used to receive an output signal of the amplification computing unit acquires temperature characteristic compensation data on the amplification computing unit without fail and in which a temperature characteristic of the amplification computing unit can be corrected. <P>SOLUTION: A memory is mounted on the amplification computing unit, fundamental characteristic data and the temperature characteristic compensation data on the amplification computing unit are stored in the memory, the fundamental characteristic data and the temperature characteristic compensation data are transmitted to the receiving device together with temperature data on the amplification computing unit when the output signal of the amplification computing unit is transmitted, and the temperature characteristic of the amplification computing unit is corrected by the receiving device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
