Provided in the present invention is a microorganism cell, which can produce at least one type or terminal end alkene from at least one type of short-chain fatty acids, and is genetically modified to comprise the followings, wherein the short-chain fatty acids are C4-C10 fatty acids. At least one first generic mutant increases the expression of enzyme (E1) selected from CYP152 peroxygenase system in comparison with a wild-type cell. At least one second genetic mutant increases the expression of at least one type of NAD(P)+ oxidoreductase (E2) and the corresponding medium protein in comparison with the wild-type cell. |
