摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a casting lattice for a storage battery wherein a hot point is eliminated and a corrosion resistance of the lattice is made to be improved, further a life performance of a lead acid battery to use this lattice is improved, and an output characteristic reduction of this lead acid battery is made less. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of the casting lattice for the storage battery wherein a mold provided with a concave part in a lattice state is used at least at one abutting face in a pair of molds, and wherein a first process to close the pair molds, a second process to inject a molten lead and a molten lead alloy into the mold, a third process in which the injected molten lead or molten lead alloy is made solidified and the lattice is formed, and a fourth process in which the pair of molds is opened and the lattice is taken out from the mold are provided, this has a process to compress one part of the lattice formed between the third process and the fourth process.
