PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyarylate composition having low dielectric properties such as low dielectric constant, low dielectric loss tangent, low coefficient of linear thermal expansion and excellent dimensional stability. SOLUTION: This polyarylate composition comprises a polyarylate and aluminum borate whisker, wherein the polyarylate comprises a residue of a dicarboxylic acid such as isophthalic acid and a residue of a dihydric phenol having a biphenol structure and/or a fluorene structure having no alkyl substituent. The polyarylate sheet comprising the polyarylate composition and having≤35 ppm/°C coefficient of linear thermal expansion and≤2.0×10-3dielectric loss tangent and the electronic material comprising the polyarylate sheet having a metallic layer on its one or both surfaces are provided.
