PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To firmly hold portable equipment and to easily and quickly attach and detach the portable equipment. SOLUTION: A holding device is provided with a mobile hook member 31 which has a fixing hook 31a having fixing hook parts 31a<SB>1</SB>and 31a<SB>2</SB>, vertical wall parts 32a and 32b having mobile hook parts 32a<SB>1</SB>and 32b<SB>1</SB>and a horizontal plate part 32c and is turnably supported on shaft members 34 and 35, a portable equipment storage part 31f between the fixing hook part and the mobile hook parts, a spring member which turns the mobile hook member, and a lock mechanism 33 which locks the mobile hook member 31 in the state of the mobile hook parts being brought close to the fixing hook part and is operated to unlock the mobile hook member 31.
