PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil retaining bearing which materializes a low-cost and excellent lubrication. SOLUTION: The oil retaining bearing 14 is formed in a cylindrical shape by compressing and sintering metallic powders. In the oil retaining bearing 14, a resin sliding part 23 made up of fluororesin is disposed on a part of the sliding surface 22 with the rotating shaft. The resin sliding part 23 is formed by press-fitting the resin film on the resin tape onto the sliding surface 22. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
