摘要 The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an electrode laminate, comprising the steps of: (a) forming a Ti layer on an electrode; (b) oxidizing the Ti layer to manufacture a TiO_2 layer by an anodic oxidation method; and (c) performing thermal treatment of the TiO_2 layer to manufacture a crystallized TiO_2 layer. According to the present invention, the crystallized TiO_2 electron transport layer is formed by the anodic oxidation method to simplify a manufacturing process, and thickness of the electron transport layer is evenly leveled to improve light transmittance and electron transport efficiency. Moreover, when the method for manufacturing the electrode laminate is applied for a perovskite solar cell, an interfacial surface area between a perovskite layer and an electron transport layer is increased, so electron collection efficiency from the perovskite layer to the electron transport layer is improved, and photoelectric efficiency may be improved.
