The present specification relates to a conductive structure and a manufacturing method thereof. The conductive structure comprises: a substrate; a metal layer provided on the substrate; and a light reflection reduction layer including a copper-nickel oxide provided on at least one surface of the metal layer. Therefore, the conductive structure maintains excellent electric conductivity, and can effectively prevent a glare effect of the metal layer.
