PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamic damper 1 mounted in an inner peripheral side of a rotating shaft of a propeller shaft 11 or the like, wherein resonance frequency can be set relatively low and vibrations of a low frequency high amplitude can be effectively damped. SOLUTION: The dynamic damper is configured by softly sandwiching a mass 2 from both sides of an axial direction by using two molded products 3 to which a rubber 6 for retaining a mass 2 on an inside of a case 4 is provided, while providing a rubber 5 press-fitted to an inner periphery of a rotating shaft to an outer peripheral side of the case 4 arranged on an inner peripheral side of the rotating shaft.
