PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL panel allowing the position of an abnormal lighting dot to be easily identified in a lighting inspection process of the organic EL panel, and thereby capable of remarkably contributing to the analysis of the abnormal lighting. SOLUTION: This organic EL panel is provided with a plurality of first translucent electrode lines 2, and a plurality of second non-translucent electrode lines 6. In the organic EL panel, the respective electrode lines 2 and 6 are disposed in an intersecting form, and a matrix-shaped light emitting part (organic EL element) 8 is arranged on a translucent substrate 1 by catching an organic layer 5 including at least a light emitting layer between the respective electrode lines 2 and 6. Discrimination parts 2c are formed on the electrode lines 2 corresponding to the predetermined number of lines of the first electrode line 2 group and in the vicinities of the electrode lines 2 corresponding to the predetermined number of lines of the first electrode line 2 group.
