PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the thickness of a lever while ensuring good operability of unlocking. SOLUTION: At one end of a lever 40, which has a plate-shape as a whole, an elastic locking piece 48 for locking the lever 40 at a fitting end position and a finger hook part 47B for performing turning operation of the lever 40 are disposed adjacently. Since the elastic locking piece 48 is formed along the plate surface of the lever 40 and deforms in the direction orthogonal to the plate surface, sufficiently wide area can be reserved for an unlock operation section 48B of the locking piece 48 without increasing the thickness of the lever 40, thus ensuring good operability of unlocking.
