PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint structure of a fire-proof double-layer pipe which prevents diffusion of smoke generated at a fire site at the beginning of the fire through the fire-proof double-layer pipe. SOLUTION: In the joint structure of the fire-proof double-layer pipe, a straight pipe and a joint of the fire-proof double-layer pipe to be connected to each other are fitted to be joined in the joint structure, an opening edge of an outer pipe having fire resistance and heat insulation of the straight pipe of the fire-proof double-layer pipe and an opening edge of an outer pipe having fire resistance and heat insulation of the joint of the fire-proof double-layer pipe opposing this opening edge are blocked by an annular packing material, and the annular packing material is made of one or two kinds chosen from materials with a main component of polyolefin foaming body, foaming polyethylene or foaming polypropylene or a group consisting of polystyrene foam, urethane foam, polyethylene foam, polypropylene, rubber and synthetic rubber.
