PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic circuit of a construction machine capable of alleviating shock caused by rapid hydraulic pressure rise in a simple circuit design and preventing fuel efficiency from decreasing. SOLUTION: The hydraulic circuit has in an oil passage including a surge cut valve parallel between an oil pressure supply side hydraulic line of a selector valve controlling the hydraulic flow of an actuator such as a hydraulic cylinder or the like and an oil tank.
