PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein facilitating the time required for an ID change of each station in a digital broadcast radio system composed of an operation table, a host station, a relay station, a slave station, and a house- to-house receiver and for system configuration changes, and facilitating management by the operation table. SOLUTION: The operation table transmits an ID renewal message and a system change message composed of ID numbers, system numbers, group numbers of the host station, the relay station, the slave station, and the house-to- house receiver. When confirming a changing instruction for own system in a received system change message, each host station broadcasts the ID renewal messages to the slave stations and the house-to-house receivers through subsequent relay stations. When confirming change information in the system number and the group number corresponding to the ID numbers of their own stations in the received message, the host station, the relay station, the slave station, and the house-to-house receiver renew the information to the change information.
